Beginner to Advanced  this group works on balances, flexibility, (contortion acro "tricks" ) dance
,acrobatic skills as well as leaps , jumps and turns

Private Acro Training

( available in private, semi private and group setting)

Train specific acro skills in the galaxy gymnastics& fitness  facility with Nationally certified
gymnastics coaches.

dancers & cheerleader bring your skills to the next level with conditioning, strength and
flexibility training as well as floor work on specialized equipment: spring floor, tumble track, and
specialty equipment and mats.

Learn handstands, cartwheels, aerials, roundoffs, walkovers, handsprings (front and back) and
saltos for advanced athletes.

Advance your jumps, leaps and turns, while improving your splits and conditioning
